John Peacock email has a Continental C-85 engine for sale. He pickled it before 2000 and is asking a remarkable price for it: $2500.00! If you need an engine, snap this one up, because I don't think it will last very long at that price!
RV 6A, Standard Build (SB), Slider, Edinburg, Texas, $32,500.00, Do not have time to finish, 570 Hrs air frame and new engine at time of build, first flight 6/99, Lycoming O-360, 180 HP, hollow crank, electric flaps, electric elevator trim, electric aileron trim, Whelan strobes, no radios. This airplane experienced a nose gear fold under but did not go over on its back. The firewall and motor mount are ready to be permanently re installed. It has a new nose gear with new style yoke. I was in the process of upgrading the panel to glass so panel was removed. Original instruments and panel can be re installed. Interior is cloth and in good condition. Glass is excellent. This is a very good project and will save someone hours of work. Call Ted 956-457-6979 for all the details and E-mail to tcm(at)maonnet(dot)com for pictures.
